Senior management of TMHCC Credit Group has asked underwriters to send the following message:


As we enter April, we recognize that we will all face personal and business challenges in coming months. The impact of the current crisis will be far-reaching; it may have adverse effects on our Insured’s business and the business of their customers. At TMHCC we want to express our willingness to engage with our Insureds, because only together can we navigate through this unprecedented business environment. To ensure that our Insureds are equipped to accommodate requests from their customers during this cycle, TMHCC will give any such requests due consideration and will respond in a prompt manner.


TMHCC understands that Insureds will be impacted differently depending on the sector in which they operate. In order to prepare for future requests from our Insureds, we ask that they provide the following information and responses:


· Please provide an aging of accounts receivable as of March 31, 2020.


· Has the insured observed a slowdown in customer payments since the beginning of the crisis?


· Have any customers requested additional time to make payments due to limited cash flow or, if no requests to date, are such requests being anticipated?


· Lastly, we are interested in learning of any changes that have been made to the Insured’s credit procedures.


Please note, any request for amendment of payment due dates, whether formal or informal, must be approved by us. Should there be any questions or situations an Insured would like to discuss, please let us know. We wish the best to all and will look to provide any assistance we can.
